Eigentlich schön, aber gravierende Probleme

Schöne große Unterkunft mit großem Außengelände, aber einige Enttäuschungen: - Im Mai bei Regen äußerst kalt. Die Heizkosten wurden nicht nach Verbrauch berechnet wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben, sondern es wurde eine "Flatrate" von 20 Euro pro Tag verlangt, ganz schön teuer. Nach einer Beschwerde und dem Hinweis, dass wir nur abends einen Heizkörper beim Esstisch anstellen, wurde auf 10 Euro pro Tag reduziert, immer noch teuer. - Das WLAN war extrem schlecht und zeitweise gar nicht zu benutzen. Für eine anstehende Videokonferenz und notwendige Computerarbeiten haben wir gezwungenermaßen einen WLAN-Zugang in einem Hotel in der nächsten Stadt gemietet. - Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr schlecht. Für alles gab es andere Ansprechpartner, oftmals wurden wir weiterverwiesen. Die Reinigungskraft vor Ort war super freundlich, konnte aber nichts entscheiden oder ausrichten. Fazit: Wer einen rustikalen Urlaub weit draußen ohne Mobilfunk und funktionierendes WLAN mag, wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Denn Haus und Grundstück haben einiges zu bieten und alles ist mitten im Wald an einer Straße. Wer aber nicht ganz auf Internetzugang verzichten kann wie wir, sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen - und besser keine, die von der Agentur Happy Rentals betreut wird.
