Note 1. The final cleaning has an extra cost of 195€ per booking. This payment does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.30€/Kw to be paid on departure
Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
