Geräumige und saubere FeWo.Zu dieser Jahreszeit überraschend ruhige Umgebung.Interessante Umgebung(Natur-parks und Ausgrabungen).GuteBusverbindungen für diejenigen,die ohne Auto mobil seinwollen.

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen

Aufenthalt in der Wohnung "Can Confit" in Can Picafort war eher unbefriedigend. Hauptursache dafür war eine Straßenbaustelle in ca. 100 Meter Entfernung die ausschlafen länger als 8 Uhr unmöglich machte. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst; aber niemand hat uns bei der Buchung erzählt, dass dort seit November extrem gebaut wird.Die Wohnung selbst roch leicht muffig und teilweise nach Feuchtigkeit. Ausstattung mit TV (viele deutsche Programme, gutes WLan), ansonsten schleifende Türen, knarzende Fensterläden, verstopfte Ausgusssiebchen und alles etwas verwohnt. Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden bei der Miete unserer Ferienwohnung sehr gut von Homerti unterstützt und begleitet. Die Wohnung war denn auch wie angepriesen, sauber und gross. Es gab keinerlei Probleme und die Kaution wurde schnell wieder zurücküberwiesen.

Die Wohnung hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen..Sie ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Von dort sind es kurze Wege zum Strand. Oder zum einkaufen. Alles gut erreichbar. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit weg.

Abbiamo affitto un'appartamento a Maiorca tramite Booking. L'appartamento era pulito, molto spazioso e dotato di ogni confort. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di benvenuto. Abbiamo ricevuto tutte le istruzioni necessarie per accedere alla casa e delle informazioni dettagliate per vivere il nostro soggiorno al meglio. Ci è stata richiesta una cauzione che ci è stata ridata dopo pochi giorni dalla partenza.

Excellent sejour mais 1 bémol : l'appart est TRES spacieux - tres bien situé - magnifique plage à 3 ou 4 mn à pied-visuel du quartier agréable. Proche resto - bar et ambiance du soir le.long de la plage mais appart au calme. Logement super bien equipé, tout y est !! On ne manque de rien. 2 salle de bains - 2 terrasses agréables (2 orientations differentes pour l'ombre. Top !) 2 soucis : Mauvaise literie pour le.lit double. Le lit craque dès que l'un bouge 1 peu et mauvais matelas. Un petit plus que mes enfants auraient apprécié : des rideaux occultant (les volets espagnols laissent entrer 1 peu de lumiere) Ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le garage couvert car difficulté à ouvrir et fermer la porte (pb télécommande). J'avoue ne pas avoir pris le temps de faire appel à l'assistance. Le prix en aout est cher.. Cela dit : excellent et tres bon séjour.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super Lage

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super Lage (Strand 3 Minuten zu Fuß), perfekte Ausstattung inklusive Mixer, Sonnenschirme und alles, was man in der Woche als Selbstversorger gebrauchen könnte. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (für Mercadona ist ein Auto empfehlenswert). Emailkontakt im Vorfeld war super, auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet, die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und umkompliziert. Can Picafort ist ein ruhiger Ort (wir waren Anfang/Mitte Juli dort) und es war nicht überlaufen. Am Strand und in Restaurants gab es immer genügend Platz. Von Can Picafort kann man mit einem Mietauto verschiedene Ausflüge machen und die Insel erkunden. Parken vor der Wohung war ebenfalls möglich und wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden.
