The House is located just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Son Baulo, there is also a protected natural park where you can see a large amount of wildlife such as; tortoises, red pheasants, hares, rabbits, weasels, dormice and Algerian hedgehogs. In this area there are some important archaeological excavations, most of them dating from the pre-Roman era.

At 1 km there are some large supermarkets and 10 km from the "Hidropark Alcudia" water park.
