Personal welcome is given to the clients with presentation of the house and recommendations of the area. We will be available to customers for any questions during the stay. Weekly linen change and general cleaning, also the maintenance of the garden and pool.
Eco-tax Tax will be calculated according to reservation and it is paid in cash the arrival day. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
The house has an accommodation capacity of 8 or 9 people. it includes chair and cot for babies. Extra bed on request.
