「We hebben hier een geweldige vakantie gehad. Cannobio, Cannero en omgeving vinden wij erg mooi. We hebben genoten van deze mooie vakantiewoning. Uitzicht werkelijk geweldig en de tuin en balkon zijn een grote plus voor deze vakantiewoning. Sommige aspecten aan deze woning zijn wat gedateerd maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
