“Hotel was convenient to Chamue beach. Has an excellent pool, and excellent chef breakfasts (extra for very reasonable price). 15 minutes walk to town center or boat tours/ Santa Cruz beach. Recommend Terracotta Restaurant in town center. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh sheets , and clean towels daily. Internet was poor on 3rd floor, supposedly a local tower was in repair. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“The place is more like a hotel than a resort The beach club is not good it all the beach was dirty and too small with a lot of boats parked in the water . Well I guess that's a Marina. “Everything about this place is excellent. Excellent staff excellent food great clientele lots of kids playing in the pool, but it shuts down at nine so it’s quiet fifth floor balconies overlooking the front are amazing for morning birding. Great bartender. Concierge very good. ”

“Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar……

“Overrated and overpriced. Facility is outdated, staff very cutthroat and unfriendly. They don't tell you about the restaurants schedules or closures. Buffet place service slow employees look unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. Waiters won't even offer drinks at the pool area. One time I had to literally stop a waiter and asked for drinks and she never brought me the drinks. When I checked out they didn't bother asking for any feedback. They make me feel as if they were happy to see me……

“Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with……

“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

The staff was amazing and the food was really good with an extensive variety of dishes for all tastes, this is a family friendly property but has an adult pool. The beach is beautiful and clean, you can even see fish if you walk a little bit. Over all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with the family.”
