Staff was very attentive and very kind. The pool was fantastic and the rooms were clean, clean and very comfortable. We had a great day, and wouldfully come back again.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la alberca es simplemente espectacular, perfecta para disfrutar del clima y el entorno. Si llevas auto, moverte es muy fácil, pero si no, hay opciones de transporte, aunque pueden ser un poco menos cómodas. A la entrada hay un espacio sin construir, pero no afecta en absoluto la experiencia. En general, fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda estoy emocionado por regresar. La construcción es nueva, pero No había crema corporal, no hay cambio de toalla, tiene costo extra de 100 pesos, no hacen cambio de sábanas, no hay espejo corporal, no cuenta con estacionamiento, hay mucha oscuridad en su ubicación, no puedes introducir bebidas ni alimentos, no hay TV, el colchón es duro, las almohadas muy blandas, la verdad para el costo de habitación es deficiente.

This hotel is stunning. The infinity pool overlooking the pacific sunset is magical. Jordi and Oscar are amazing owners and hosts. Delicious food and clean and well designed rooms.

Escape the chaos of Zipolite in this Zen hotel

This hotel is a new, modern, super clean hotel with everything you need to relax and absorb the natural beauty of this region. The hotel is the perfect distance from the chaos of Zipolite that you can dip in and out as you wish. The owners are incredible hosts, with a tonne of great recommendations of nearby restaurants, beaches, bars and shopping that they also enjoy! The breakfast offers a great way to start the day made from local products, the menu includes salty, sweet or healthy options and is accompanied by a natural fruit juice and local coffee / tea. If you want to just relax you can stay by the infinity pool all day long soaking up the sunshine and views.

We had a great stay! Jordi and Oscar felt like family by then end of our time in Zipolite and were beyond gracious. The hotel itself feels like an oasis given how quiet it is and the beautiful views out to the ocean. If you are looking to get into Zipolite or one of the other beach towns it's easy to grab a taxi or colectivo (local bus) from the road by the hotel.

Room with a View

My stay was wonderful. This newly opened hotel was serene and relaxing. I stayed in the palapa-topped room and enjoyed the easy access to the patio and pool area. The hosts made me feel welcome and Jordi cooked some fantastic food. I spent the early mornings exploring and the afternoon relaxing by the pool enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed 5 days at this place and we were more than satisfied. Without being in the hustle and bustle of the center, the hotel is a few minutes by taxi in a quieter place. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with all the usual amenities, the decor is pleasant and the hotel is overlooked giving a very beautiful view. Several hotels in the region require you to travel several hundred meters to get there on very very bad roads which is not the case for Alberca; barely 50 meters. However, as the hotel is perched on a mountain, getting to the beach requires a good walk or the use of a taxi or scooter. We enjoyed the place, people and the city… We will return.
