On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a private terrace with views.
Access to the pool and garden must be granted for maintenance on an agreed-upon day and time. Electricity is included, but excessive usage will be charged separately.
