Family reunion

Christmas gift for all of our adult children and grandkids. Perfectly enough space for all of us, great kitchen space for our cooking competition, and great pool space to enjoy our time together.

AWESOME!

This vacation rental was way more than expected. Absolutely a clean, quiet, peaceful & beautiful home and this neighborhood is so close to everything you need. We rented golf carts to get around on 30A & quick trip to the beach. We will definitely rent this home for our next Florida trip!

Great Pool!

If you are looking for something right on the beach, this may not be for you - but the pool is great. The kitchen is huge and the dining table is big enough for 10 people. The seating in the living room was horribly uncomfortable but the rest of the house was great.

Fam vacation’24

Overall stay was AMAZING! Such a beautiful home!! Well kept, clean etc. The pool was perfect! I’d say the only thing is a new fridge is needed. Our food wasn’t as cool as it should be. The master downstairs didn’t get as cold, the fan isn’t centered, you aren’t feeling the air-that’s just me being picky because I love sleeping cold. :) . Checkin was a breeze! Overall all, I’d rank our stay 9.75/10

Spring Break with the Family

Oh boy, let me tell you about this awesome vacation rental we stayed at! First off, it had a pool! Yep, a big, shiny, splishy-splashy pool just waiting for us to jump in. And there was grass everywhere! I mean, so much grass, you could probably play a game of tag and not even run out of space!But wait, there’s more! They had these super comfy towels, like giant fluffy clouds that you could wrap yourself in after a swim. We also had this super cool 6-seater golf cart that zoomed around like a race car! We called it the “Zoom-Zoom,” and it was the fastest way to get to the ice cream shop.And to top it all off, we had the most amazing views. It was like looking at a painting from our window every morning! So if you ever want a place that has a pool, lots of grass, comfy towels, a speedy golf cart, and views that will make your eyes pop, this is the place!

Wonderful home for a large family

This was the perfect home for a large family gathering. We stayed with our four adult children and their partners. The large open floor plan on the main level allowed all of us to visit, even during meal preps. The large pool allowed all of us to jump in for a fun game of volleyball or a quiet floating visit. The bedrooms are all spacious and the house was well soundproofed. Great location. Felt very private. Hint to following renters - turn on the kitchen table chandelier to activate power to the stove vent and light! LOL. Thank you to the owners for Florida Flashback for sharing your home. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

We had such a great experience with the rental company and this home in particular. Check in was a breeze and the communication was great. The house was clean and floor plan was so unique. The backyard was great and the kids were in the pool everyday. We would recommend this home to anyone.

Family Fun

This house was just as pictured! We go on a vacation once a year with our entire family and we have on occasion rented a home that was fine but looked very tired when we got to the property, this home does not fall in that category. The pictures represented the house perfect. The home was almost perfect for our family it has everything you need for a lager family! Plenty of space, kitchen supplies and everything you need for a family vacation. The only small complaint from our family is there is only 3 1/2 baths so sharing a bathroom is necessary. But we knew that before booking. Everything we rented from the golf cart, beach chairs, and paddle board everyone found the home with ease, Very good location. The pool area was so perfect we did our family pictures there instead of the beach. We will be looking for this home again next year for our family vacation. WE LOVED IT!!!

Great Getaway

Everyone had a really good time. As advertised, the beach was a short walk away. We would spend a few hours at the beach…return for lunch…and spend the rest of the day poolside. Great fish at Stinky’s Fish Camp. Even though the weight was long, we were able to go back to our home away from home…chillax a bit and return to in time to be seated. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Florida Flashback

A beautiful property. The best pool we have ever had to rest and relax after a day of the beach. We had one small problem that was handled immediately by the property management folks. See you again, down the road.

Great House for a Family Beach Week

We stayed for a week to celebrate the 4th of July and were so happy with this house. The layout of the kitchen and living room were great for hanging out as a family. The pool was a game changer! We would take a dip after a long day at the beach or between storms on the day it rained. The location is very close to the beach, a 15 minute walk carrying beach supplies, but a little long for some of the older people in our group. The closest part of the beach was beautiful and not as crowded as other areas along 30A we have tried in the past. Overall great time, would recommend.

Relaxing stay with wonderful pool!

We absolutely loved this house. Check-in was super smooth and easy. We loved the spacious kitchen and cozy living area. We liked that there were separate areas for rooms, we stayed with another family and we all had our own space. The beach gear, games, etc provided made things super easy for us, and they were very much appreciated and made things convenient. Though the house is not on the beach, it is not far and we had a golf cart which made going to and from the beach a breeze. The pool was absolutely amazing and relaxing. We very much enjoyed it. There were a few bugs in the pool, but a quick sweep fixed that. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals there. We had a few issues with the dish washer not shutting properly, but we ended up making it work eventually. We also couldn’t find the 4 trash bins at first, they were left at the end of the driveway. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the decor. The sheets on the bed kept coming off and were hard to put back on which made things a bit uncomfortable at night, but overall it was a minor inconvenience. We had a lovely vacation and would stay again!
