“Reel Paradise 30a” is an updated family friendly, ground floor unit that sits just off the pool deck and is only steps from the beach access. The gated back patio allows for quick access to the pool and beach! Located on the quiet west end of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach and walkable to many eateries. Beach service of 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 umbrella included in March - October reservations!

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
o Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement and provide ID
o Tents not allowed on beach (umbrellas only) per HOA policy
o NO PETS - we are unable to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies
o Renter must be 25 years or older
o Home is protected by Nest Doorbell camera and building has 24/7 surveillance.
Check in 4 P.M., check out 10 A.M.
Cancelation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
AIRPORT INFORMATION
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City and is approximately 40 minutes from the condo.
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 60 minutes from the condo.
If flying into 30a, we highly recommend setting up transportation prior to your arrival. On demand car services (Uber/Lyft) are often not available.
