Being a Beach vacation we had sand on us when we came back to the room. It was all over the floor so I had to use a dirty towel to clean up the sand so it wouldn't be all over our feet."

"I feel like the stay was good and the room was good. The breakfast in the morning was good. The area was clean. They maintained it as good as anywhere I’ve ever been where they served the breakfast. This was probably one of the best I’ve been at. The problem I had was with the people at the front desk a couple times. They was just not very friendly. I needed a couple things and I felt like I was getting cross-examined. But I did write it overall a four because I didn’t want one or two people being the reason I wouldn’t rate it because overall it was a good stay. I was just surprised at how a couple people at the front desk responded to my request. Before I left, one of them that I was upset with come back around from a three to a five. The other one was rude even when I checked out this morning."

"Such a diamond place!!! Although our trip was cut short because of the hurricane … we were extremely pleased with Ken’s place and are looking forward to returning! Ken was so attentive and easy to communicate with and very empathetic to our trip ending early and willing to work with us. Over 25 years I have stayed consistently at 2 places and I do believe this will always be our first choice from now on if there is availability. The cleanliness was top notch! The little details left for us were very appreciated. Staying here was so easy. Also, the covered parking is easy and access to the private beach and pool was really so nice! We really enjoyed the patio also. Do not hesitate staying here!"
