Long weekend getaway

This condo is just perfect for our needs. It is updated and very clean. Conveniently located to the beach access, and lots of area attractions within walking or bike riding distance. Perfect for a couple. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great Beach Stay for small family

Great location! Easy beach access right across the street. Can sleep 5 but not really room to put stuff for 5 people. We only had two people and it was perfect. Kitchen has all dishes/pans that might be needed but would have appreciated small cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, oil. Quick and easy communication with property manager and was very pleased with the beach access, easy parking, view of interior courtyard, tennis, and laundry facilities.

The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. For a one bedroom unit it has a lot of space. The location is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. I will be staying here again. Loved it!

This condominium was laid out very well to accommodate me and a child. It was affordable, renovated and close to beach access. I only wish they had laundry facilities in the unit itself. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Very clean! Great location! I know there was 1 dresser but not a lot of place for luggage or place to stores clothes/items. I also think there needs to be a little more kitchen pots and pans for cooking purposes.

Nice for a short stay. Bathroom is alone and not in master which was a plus with multiple people. Has most kitchen items. Sliding door was tricky with curtain. Shower liner needs changed. Pool was near laundry which was convienient.

Nice condo - terrible beach access

The condo could use more kitchenware. It would be nice to supply the condo with coffee filters - especially for a short stay. We have been staying at Beachwood for years and found it extremely frustrating finding a spot on the beach that was not blocked off for private use. It’s very sad what is happening to Seagrove.

Great Location, Just Okay

The best thing about this property is it’s location to the beach, right across the street. Keep in mind though you only have access to a small part of the beach, as resort owners claim most of it. They will tell you to move. The space was okay, we made it work for 6 people though it was a little tight. Could have been cleaner and was only left with one trash bag for 6 days. I understand the “starter” amenities but one trash bag? No one is going to buy an entire box for their few day stay. Parking was nice as well as proximity to all of the “towns” along 30a. 2 pools and coin laundry on site. Bring your quarters, you’ll need it. We were mostly just there to sleep so it worked, but would not be viable if you plan to spend a lot of time in the condo.

There was a washer and dryer locked up we could not use. Anytime you stay in a condo for a week you like to have a washer and dryer. Also no blow dryer, I would have brought one if I would have known. There was no ice maker and only one ice tray???
