The property management team was probably the best I've ever dealt with over the years and I've rented A LOT of home. They stopped by to check on us after our arrival and kept in touch via text. Extremely easy to work with and very professional!

Love this house!

We have stayed in my three sons before and loved staying there again! It is such a great house and well managed! Perfect location and set up. We will hopefully get to stay there again!

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The linens, toiletries, coffee, wine, beach towels were all chosen thoughtfully and were so appreciated by our group of 4.

Perfection!

MyThreeSons was a lovely Seaside home that was comfortable and had everything you could need! The location was a short walk to food trucks, pavilions, community pool and shopping. The bikes provided were easy to use and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great week in Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was prefect & just right for a group of 9. Son slept on pull out couch so 8 is best if you don't want to sleep there. The location was prefect easy walk to beach and town square. Great house porches are amazing!

June 2017 Stay

Wonderful place to spend a family vacation. Location was excellent and was within easy walk to the beach, restaurants, pools, shops, etc. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing, but everything else was in great condition. 360 Blue staff were great including Emily, who assisted with the Experience Amenities we took part in. Horseback riding is an experience not to be missed and Yoga on the Beach, was a fabulous way to start a day. We will certainly be back.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us! It is absolutely beautiful! Great decorating! My favorite layout of any house we've stayed at in Seaside. Perfect for our family! We loved all three of the porches and the open living area on the top floor. It was great for relaxing together as a family. We watched several World Cup soccer games together there! A nice house and a great location, in regard to Seaside amenities and beach access. The issues were: 1) the property didn't appear clean, 2) brown water initially ran from the bathtub faucet and 3) parking passes were not supplied until requested. Again, great location just not great property management. Will not be staying here again.

It's a great location, cozy, clean and fits our family of 6. My favorite part is the 2nd floor balcony! We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!

Seaside winter getaway

This house was close to the center of town and a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool. We loved the screened in porch and having our morning coffee outside as well as lunch. The kitchen was almost too small for two people to be working there at the same time. Pantry storage space was very limited. The street was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

July 2016 Stay

My Three Sons Seaside week 2016 was one for the books! The house was darling and a much needed vacation for this busy family! It was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary so it was extra special. We've been coming to Seaside for 20 yrs. and the Seagrove area for many more before that and this was by far our favorite year. The home was immaculate, peaceful and ready for fun! 360 Blue Properties made this vacation a breeze. I love the mobile app and have already been planning our return. The only complaint we have is that the week flew by way too fast!

March 2019 Stay

We enjoyed our time at My Three Sons. We had 6 in our party. The bunk room was perfect for multiple kids. The large room upstairs was so comfortable. The porches were relaxing to sit and visit with family. The master bed was very comfortable. We liked how quiet it was on Forest Street. It was nice to be away from the busy town square. You were still only a few minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had a few questions as one does when you go somewhere. 360 Blue Properties has been our favorite management company to rent from. The App is amazing. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

We loved My Three Sons

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I along with our two grown children, daughter-in-law and our 14 month old granddaughter had a wonderful vacation in Seaside staying at My Three Sons! Everything was clean and very comfortable. If there was anything that could be needed it would be a baby gate at the top of the stairs. From the pictures I saw at booking I knew we would need one so I brought one with us but I can see that’s something that could easily be forgotten.

Beautiful Home! But bring all your own beach things!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, with gorgeous decor and two large porches for outdoor space. Location to the shops and restaurants was only a one-minute walk. This was our first time renting in the area. We have usually rented in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, where the homes are stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels. You will have to bring everything for the beach yourself or buy it there. We flew and did not realize that these things weren't provided (I did not check the listing, so my fault). We were provided one kitchen cloth and one kitchen towel for a house full of people for a week. To their credit, the company was very responsive and quickly brought additional kitchen towels and blankets when we requested them. There is one king bedroom set off by itself, but the other king bedroom connects to the bunk room by a bathroom. Although it has its own bathroom, it is accessible through the bath to the other room. We had a group of teenagers in the bunk room and their use of the bathroom late at night kept me up late so be aware of that before booking.

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!

This was my first time to Seaside Florida and it is now my "go to" place! Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen , incredible location, space for everyone! We parked the cars and never got back in them until we left. Just a minute walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. A true gem of a place!
