Disappointing

We arrived to the unit July 31 and few things came up as issues. The unit itself is nice but the outside balcony had cockroaches. The bathroom rack and all bathroom accessories in the upstairs master bathroom were lose and would fall. The main thing which we were not aware of is the heavy construction. We contacted vacasa to try to resolve this matter initially they claimed that description of construction is on their website however none of their website or app included that. their app said construction to begin in September and continue through out the year. I was told general manager will contact us however no one called back. That was extremely disappointing.

Great unit but better without ants

We had a wonderful stay for the most part at Sanctuary by the sea. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Everything would have been great had it not been for the ants in the top room. The room should have been treated properly prior to new guests arriving. I sadly got bitten badly and the bites prevented me from really enjoying my full stay. Surprised that management did not contact me to see how I was doing in the end.

Peaceful Paradise

Very beautiful unit in an uncrowded area of 30A, we had a great stay at Sanctuary by the Sea. The condo is spacious, beautiful and well appointed. If you like to cook, as we do, the kitchen is exceptional. Everything about this place was lovely.

Great week!

We had a fabulous family vacation! The property was clean, big enough for all 7 of us and had everything we needed. Loved the location and close proximity to the beach! The views of the lake and ocean were gorgeous! Would definitely come back again!

Christmas at the Beach

The property, both Sanctuary by the Sea and the room 3117, was terrific. The pictures were very accurate. The furniture in both master bedrooms had actually been improved. The bed in the bottom floor master was no longer a 4-poster bed. There was a love seat, a couch, and 2 very nice "leanback" chairs in the upper floor master.

Sanctuary Bliss

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view! Upstairs suite is nice for the grandparents. The only draw back is the walk to the beach but most of the way is a nice boardwalk outward from the pool, and once there an umbrella and two chairs are set up for you daily. Underground parking and close elevator are nice also.

Best Beach Vacation Location

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo and it couldn’t have been better. The condo is huge and upscale. The location is excellent and the beach is beautiful and uncrowded. We certainly hope to come back for a 3rd time!

Beautiful Condo

Plenty of room for the entire family to have privacy, yet space to spread out together in the open concept kitchen/dining/den. This is our 3rd year staying in Sanctuary by the Sea Unit 3117 and each year we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The main drawback is the two master bedrooms only have queen size beds. With the upscale finishes you would expect to have at least one king bed in the unit; however, the beds are comfortable memory foam mattresses. Everything you need for cooking in the fabulous kitchen. Access to a locked cage to store your beach wagon and toys.
