AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 55 minutes from the house.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the house.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Family Time

The house itself was beautiful. A/C was awesome. Unlike a lot of rentals the house stayed very cool and there were no limits on the unit temp. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the grill out back was very handy. The only downside was location. It was quite the uphill walk for grandparents and little ones to the pool. The drive to the beach was easy but parking can be an issue at times.
