Nice property on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach in this condo. Very quite surroundings. Using the Southern Hospitality electronic guidebook that was provided by Andree made it easy and convenient. I highly recommend using Southern Hospitality to book a beach vacation.

Blue Mountain Getaway

I love this condo and the surrounding area! Condo's are always top notch with everything you need. Pool and private beach access are top notch also. Beach service is outstanding and above and beyond what you can expect! Andree’ pretty much takes care of every need you have for your vacation and is super fast at responses for any questions you may have. I highly recommend allowing her to handle your next getaway! Great Vacation

After staying here, we would not stay anywhere else. The condo was just as described, and the beach was amazing. Everything was very clean and smelt amazing when we first walked through the door. We loved the quick and private access to the beach. Yes, you have to wake up early to get your name on the list for your chair service. But it was all worth it when you saw the dolphins playing in the water. My two boys are already asking to go back and want to stay in the same place. Andree is amazing to deal with as well. She is very informative and very responsive when you have a question.

Relaxing and beautiful

We had a great vacation and the condo was beautiful! Enjoy the common space to be able to sit out on comfy couches or play games at tables if you need more space outside of condo !

Our new favorite spot on the Florida Gulf Coast

What a great location. Everything you want from a Florida beach. The team at Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals made everything a breeze and treated us like VIPs. Our family (adult kids) had a fabulous time. The accommodations were first class. We spent most of the time on the beach, and our chairs were ready and waiting every morning we came down to the beach. This place is a true jewel.

WONDERFUL!

This is our third time staying with this owner (three different Blue Lupine units), and all of the units have been wonderful! The owner is always available to answer any questions before arrival, keeps you up to date during your stay, and we have never had any issues. The unit is extremely clean, up to date, mattresses are comfortable (I even reached out to the owner so that I could get the same ones at home). We especially like the first floor units as it is easy for the kids to go in and out on their own. The beach chair service is first rate (and never feels crowded), and the pool and hot tub are cleaned on a daily basis. We especially loved the family feel of everyone staying in this property and always felt safe. I would highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family

I have only positives about everything. The condo is safe, clean, fully stocked & comfortable. The layout was perfect with primary suite on one side, kitchen/dining/living in the middle & 2 bedrooms/baths on other side. You can walk directly to the pool/beach easily. No roads to cross or long walks. The beach chairs were an added bonus & the beach was not crowded. It honestly couldn’t have been better. It was our first time in Blue Mountain (we normally stay in Seacrest) but it won’t be our last!!

The best place for a family beach vacation!

We had such a wonderful 10 day vacation at Blue Mountain Beach with our family. The condo was spotless and well stocked to fit the needs of our family of 4. We appreciated the little things, like toys and cups and silverware for the kids, as well as the high chair and pack and play. This made travel by air much easier! We also had the option of having groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived, a great perk when traveling with kids! Andree was so wonderful to work with, right from the start. The trip planner app was so helpful to find things to do, places to eat, and information about the condo and surrounding area. Having stayed at many other rentals before, we have never had a more personal experience than we did with Southern Hospitality. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were even able to meet her and have a really great visit getting to know her and her family. If you are looking for a family friendly place with a wonderful community, this is the place to stay. We look forward to making this a yearly vacation spot with our family and would highly recommend Southern Hospitality to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront condo on 30A. You cannot beat this location or service!

Clean and well maintained property

We really enjoyed our experience in this condo. Andree was very communicative in advance of the trip and during our stay. She even included an online guidebook with all necessary info about the condo and also helpful tips about the area. The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. Easy beach and pool access was a big plus for our family. It was also very helpful that the pool was heated since we had some very chilly days. We had an issue with the master bedroom causing us issues with our allergies (seemed to be coming from some furniture in the bedroom). I mentioned this to Andree at the end of our stay and she mentioned that she wished we had told her about it sooner and that she would have addressed it during our stay. Next time we come to the area I think we will prioritize a condo with a beach view (we knew this in advance as it was clear from the listing). We missed being able to see the gulf from our windows (but the foliage was still pretty). We would definitely rent another property from Andree in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for two families

We rented this property kind of last minute and it worked perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 small kids). Each couple had their own bathroom and so did the kids. Location was great. Very quiet and well kept area. Beach access was way, although you don’t have an ocean view from the condo. The beach is very clean and not busy. Perfect if you have little kids. There were a few issues with the condo (relatively minor) but the property manager was always available and even gave us a gift card due to being out of air conditioning for a day. Would definitely return.
