This condo was great for our family of 6 adults. The ground floor was perfect for accessing the beach and pool. Also was nice to have restaurants and store within walking distance.

The perfect place!

Our family loved staying in this beautiful home! It really does have it all. Perfect location, stunning views, convenient to town, peaceful, safe, steps to the private beach, etc., we would definitely return! Coffee on the patio, watching the waves each morning was my favorite part of the trip! Norma Jean was the best host!

We loved this place . Location was perfect on ground floor but yet high enough to enjoy beach view . We come to Destin every year and stay at various places . This is now one of our very favorites! It was very well stocked in the kitchen . Highly recommend this place !

We loved the location. It was steps from the beach and restaurants. We only got in our car twice in 7 days. The condo was gorgeous. It was peaceful. We liked that it was ground level. We will definitely stay there again.

There’s not a better place to be on 30a. You are right on the beach with easy access to go from the condo to the beach with ease. Norma is a great host, and makes sure you have everything you need. Very happy

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and roomy. The master bedroom and bath were amazing! Loved having the ground floor unit steps from the beach access. Definitely recommend booking beach chair ahead of time! The beach was full but not overly crowded; however, we needed our beach chair rental to ensure our spot.

Family Beach Stay

This is our 2nd stay here and we still love it! We really love the location on 30A as it is not too crowded and not quite so much hustle and bustle, which our family really likes. But the beach is right out the back door and plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. Our (adult) kids used the paved trail every day for their run. We rented bikes and rode into Seaside one day for lunch. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. There were even a couple of small folding beach chairs, which was a fantastic addition! We will definitely be back!

Great beach spot!

This property was perfect for our getaway. Loved the ground floor-walk out unit. Super easy to get to the beach. Great view. Loved the extra amenities in the unit.. spices, oils, lots of dishes and silverware. Location on 30A was ideal for us.. not too far down, as we were back and forth to the airport picking up other familiy throughout the week. Will definitely be back! If I had to come up with a negative, it would be better wifi signal. Otherwise - terrific!!!

Issues

We did enjoy our stay. The main problem was the wi-fi, which was always slow and often off line. Our son, who was with us, had to do some work during the week and once had to go across the street to a coffee shop to get wi-fi. Also, and I know you can't do anything about it, the cell phone coverage was really bad. Never more than one bar and often 0 bars. We often could not make calls from the condo.

Perfect Spot for Family

Loved being on the first floor…literally just steps away from the pool and the beach. Norma Jean was great to work with…she was so helpful and easy to contact. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Loved the proximity to shops and restaurants right across the street. Definitely plan to come back.

Can’t beat location

We loved staying in Santa Rosa Beach - perfect location with the beach in your backyard, a cute town square with shops, restaurants and ice cream in front, and Miramar and Destin 20-40 minutes down the road. The property was overall in great shape and good communication from the property manager.
