I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It was perfect for my family. Beds were comfortable, location was great, steps from the beach. Our family had the best time. Definitely will come back for another vacation.

Location can’t be beat!!

My family loved everything about our short spring break stay! My teens were able to walk to shops and restaurants at Grayton. The unit is steps from the beach and the beaches were amazing. We have stayed on 30A several times, but usually stay on the east end - not anymore! We will definitely be back. We cooked dinner one night and had everything we needed to do so. Absolutely no complaints about anything!!

We would be 5stars but roaches! I had to kill several each day. Tough to sleep knowing those are crawling.Everything else was great. Property was beautiful. Proximity to beach was perfect. It’s located 15 steps from the boardwalk over the sand dunes. The property mngt communication was tremendous. Quick responses and easy instructions by text and email.
