Clean- family friendly- great location

We loved staying here and plan to again! It was clean, well stocked, and even had beach toys for the kids! We loved the private beach and the kids loved the pool at night. It had a pretty water view even though it wasn’t on the beach! It was comfortable and affordable! Close to shopping and a short walk to the beach.

Gulf Place Cabanas are the perfect place to stay at Santa Rosa Beach. The property is well maintained and clean. Beach access is directly across the street. Restaurants and shopping are just steps away. It’s such a beautiful area!

Wonderful place! We loved the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The winning highlight for us was having an ocean view while our 6month old napped/slept, walking the whole family to coffee and then taking the beach route back to the condo and being able to quickly pack up and be under a beach umbrella in a matter of minutes! Our stay was a total dream.

Wonderful Stay at Gulf Place

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. Great location for walkability to restaurants and beach right across street couldn't be more convenient. Condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable and view from deck of the ocean was great! Beach was beautiful. Daily chair service on the beach was great and very affordable. Had a super nice relaxing vacation and will definitely return to the area and rebook this unit again.

Ideal Location

We loved being so close to the Point Washington (bike/walking) Trail and in walking distance to small shops and restaurants. It was so relaxing just to walk to the beach without having to lug beach chairs and an umbrella, it was set up for us. The sunset views are amazing and we hope to come back next year.

Wonderful!!

This is our second year in this unit and we love it! We love the area with all the restaurants that are close. And we love this has a private beach access. The unit is very clean and well maintained!!

Location-View-Well stocked

We enjoyed the condo amenities especially the heated pool, the view and the beach feel. The decorations really gave it a sense of place. We ran into one snag and that was the elevators did not work for 17 days of our month stay. It was really difficult for 75 year olds to navigate 6 flights of stairs for grocery shopping etc. Once the elevator worked it was wonderful. We would return again.

Wedding plus extra getaway

This property is adorable well decorated clean everything you need right there, beach across the street. My favorite part was the porch, has a great view. Would recommend this for a couple anytime. Pictures look like the property, I like that as sometimes they do not.

Great location/great stay!

Exactly as advertised. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Two minute walk across the street to the boardwalk and beach. While it can technically sleep six I would not recommend because it is “cozy” Absolutely perfect for myself my 13 year old son and friend. Great stay!
