Nestled along the quiet shores of Seagrove Beach, this top-floor, 1BR loft condo offers a serene escape just 150 yards from the Gulf’s sugar-white sands and emerald waters. Perfectly situated South of Scenic Hwy 30A, you'll be minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach while enjoying the privacy of this hidden gem.

Completely renovated in February 2024, step inside to discover a professionally decorated space featuring new vinyl plank flooring, stylish Levelor blinds, and soaring 30-foot ceilings. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light from the corner unit’s three western-facing windows. Relax on the queen Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa, watch a movie on the 42" LCD TV, or stream your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth stereo. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix are also included for cozy nights in.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or enjoying takeout, this kitchen is ready for any occasion.

Upstairs, the airy loft overlooks the living space and is furnished with two queen beds, a custom wardrobe, and a 32" flat-screen TV. Enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of waves as you drift off to sleep. Downstairs, the bathroom has been updated with a granite vanity and new fixtures.

Perfect getaway

We loved the condo. It was the perfect size and location. Super clean, comfortable and nicely decorated . Grabbed the chairs from the condo and set up with our tent everyday in the beach. Patio was the best to see the beach with coffee in the mornings and have a cocktail in the evenings to watch the sunset. Definitely would come back.

Great for our small family

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. We are drawn to the cozy feel of the condo and the proximity to the beach. The updated pool is so nice. The condo is so clean and really has all you need for a nice getaway. We will be returning in the future for sure!

Perfect Getaway to A Happy Place!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach location. Pleased to find this rental for a last minute trip, just right for our needs. Excellent location with just a short drive to several wonderful eateries. The unit was spotlessly clean, gorgeous views from the 3rd floor corner balcony. Newly renovated. Bedroom upstairs from the bathroom/kitchen/living area. Loved the easy short walk to the beach access, which was stunning, with the beach right next to the state park and the lovely lake. Quiet complex with a nice pool and hot tub, well maintained. Thoughtful touches with the coffee and creamers, and other little items that made the stay feel homey. Great communication about check in and check out, and we appreciated the ability to check in a bit early. Would most definitely stay again, highly recommend.

Just book the trip!

Our family of 4 spent 6 days here in June. Property grounds were immaculate, pool area-amazing, condo was clean, comfy and perfect for us! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for meals, the balcony was SO nice in the mornings drinking coffee. Our 3 and 5 year old boys rode their scooters to the beach which was less than a 5 min walk. Quiet at night. We can’t wait to come back! Great hosts and unforgettable vacation!

Perfect Location

Great location. Loved being off 30A and close to the beach. Great pool and hot tub. The balcony was lovely with a great view. There is very little room for suitcases for a family of four inside the unit but overall we had a wonderful week.

All we could hope for and more!

From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd be in for a great week ahead. The location is absolutely perfect with the best view of the beach in the building. Beach chairs, umbrellas, were all provided. Weather was perfect in April. Can't say enough good things.

Great view, close to beach, and lots of beach accessories to use

This is our third time staying at Charles and Michelle‘s condo at Seagrove Beach. It’s a perfect location for a long weekend at the beach. It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo complex also has a nice pool and hot tub. We partly picked this place because they allow dogs. There are lots of dogs at the complex and there’s a convenient place to take your dog out. The condo was really clean and we were really glad that there were beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and boogie boards that we could use during our trip (but bring your own beach towels). We definitely would stay here again!

Great beach week!

We stayed for a week with our two young children. Property was lovely and just as described. Location was perfect. It was very convenient to the beach and the owners provided chairs, umbrellas, and toys which was very nice. Also very easy to get to plenty of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed beautiful views from the porch in the mornings and evenings! The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had an amazing week staying here!

Perfect Getaway Home

The location and view of the Beach alone were amazing. The deck allowed for views of the beach and sunsets. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4 to sleep and relax comfortably. We also loved that there was a pool on property. A little of both. The location was always great for going into the town center not too far. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. We found everything we needed. We had the best time and made some great memories.
