The property and area is nice. We had a few issues during our stay, hot water wasn’t working the first night and we had cockroaches. The team was quick to respond and treat these issues but unfortunate that we had to address the issues on our stay, seemed like the property was not being rented out recently. Also beach access was quite a walk and it was not private, so if you have kids it’s a haul.

Highly recommend it to everyone!

Just a short stroll from the beach and dining, all we required were our bikes, or walking! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the abundant natural light added to the cheerful ambiance. Neighborhood is very quiet and private. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Amazing! We had an amazing stay! Definitely will be staying here again. House was amazing with amazing access to beach. Will definitely be staying here again. Lots of beaches to choose from just minutes away walking. Make sure to make reservations to restaurants such as Old Florida Fish House and Paradis, ask any of the beach girls at 30a beach girls for recommendations they have lots! They host was like no other :) Definitely will be staying here again

The relaxing atmosphere we needed!

This was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented on 30a. The gated neighborhood is so quiet, I only seen one other person the week we were here. The home is gorgeous and had us feeling spoiled. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom was every girls dream. Soaking tub whole looking at the stars is the relaxation this mama needed! Thank you for the bonfire night and gifting us a golf cart. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful and perfect for 3 families.

Family Vaca Together. We gathered together from 3 different states for a fabulous week at your wonderful home! It was perfect for us & had everything we needed and more! We spent the majority of our time in the pool & being steps away it was even more fun! The kitchen was well organized making it a breeze to cook. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable. The home is close to restaurants and stores and of course, the beach The owner Hollie was great to communicate with and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for helping us to have a memorable vacation!

This house and manger made our trip spectacular! I would recommend it and them to any family!

We were intentional about wanting a nice home near the activities found at Seagrove, Grayton and Seaside. This home was PERFECT for our plans! Very clean and stunning. Hollie and Daisy communicated very well and almost instantly. The bonfire beach girls throws for its guests was enjoyed by all of us. Parking was very tight but we made it work! We are trying to plan a 2 week trip for fall.

Magical 30a Vacation and rejuvenation.

Magical 30a Vacation and rejuvenation. So pleased with our selection. Book this home! This house is as stunning as the nearby beach! Literally a 2 minute walk. The place was well-stocked with all the amenities that out-of-towners would need to feel at home and comfortable while on vacation - from towels and beach gear to a wonderful kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The attention to detail and care of this space really added to the overall sense of peaceful relaxation and rejuvenation. Hollie, Jada were friendly and easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. This was a wonderful place to bring my family together for a vacation! Memories made! All boxes checked. 30a Beach Girls ROCKS!!!!

Our party of 6 college friends celebrated our 50th birthdays at this lovely property. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of entertainment options close by.. We enjoyed spending the days exploring 30a. Because the house was so nice we had most dinners on the deck and enjoyed the views. The property managers were very responsive. When we discovered a bike with a flat tire, Hollie had it addressed the very next morning. I would recommend staying here and would book again when visiting the area. Our entire party loved staying here, thank you for a wonderful stay and for there lovely gift for our group. Call this group they ate excellent managers! Ask for Jada or Hollie they will hook you up for an epic stay.

Best Vacation ever!

Exceeded all expectations!! The house was absolutely stunning and the pictures online failed to do the home complete justice. Our group was especially pleased with the proximity to the beach as we spent most of our time there during the day. We had a chef come over ( Hollie had the best connection) one night and make us an unbelievable meal. The kitchen was perfect for us being able to have a great meal while not getting in the way of the chef and his staff in the kitchen itself. The managers of the home 30a beach girls go ABOVE and beyond what you would ever expect. We have never had this experience in hospitality before and they have won us over. This was the easiest and most enjoyable vacation ever. I didn't hav e to go grocery shipping or worry about a rental car, they handled it all. The included bonfire with the rental was incredible. We had the most enjoyable evening. Highly recommend this home and this company.

Absolutely stunning!!

This home is perfect! My favorite!! The floorplan of the home is open and very spacious! Plenty of room for multiple families. The first floor has 2 Queen suites and has a double garage as well. The second floor has a master King suite as well as the living room and kitchen. The bedroom has 2 nice size closets. The second floor also has a balcony with gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials in a kitchen you will need. Love the island where the sink is located. The decor is beautiful! Love the colors- white/ blues. The beds are so comfortable. Your laundry room is located on the second floor as well! Love the shelving over the washer/dryer. Also a 1/2 bath next to Laundry room. The third floor has another master suite with a King Size Bed. The Bathroom has a double shower as well as a bathtub. Separate sinks in this bathroom. Large Master closet with shelving. The view overlooks 30A with a glimpse of the ocean. Small balcony off this master suite as well. We did not get to take advantage of the pool, but very nice and located directly across from this home. Convenient key lock system for the home. Gated community with key lock systems. 4 bikes provided as well. Definitely will vacation at this home again!! Affordable price for all the amenities. Hollie with Beach 30A Management was awesome to work along. A Must See and Stay!!
