This is our second time in this building, different condo. It was lovely! Property matched pictures and descriptions exactly. We love how close it was to the beach, shopping, eating, 30A, etc. We had a perfect week and for sure will be back!

Nice place!

The condo was very nice & clean. It was very cold when we were there. They do have a heated pool but it was very difficult to find. Even when I emailed the staff, they just said that it was in the community. I wasn't familiar with the "community" so it took us forever to find it. The only other negative thing is that the master bedroom door doesn't lock on the water closet so you have to hold it with your foot while doing your business. A little annoying. Other than that 5 stars!!! Great place to stay!

Family Vacation

Loved the area and our rental. There were a few issues that seemed to keep popping up. Leaking dishwasher, flat tire on one of the bikes, door lock malfunction. We were locked out several times. No one came to fix it so we eventually left the place unlocked so we would be able to get back in. They responded fairly quickly to other issues though but the lock was never resolved. Place was fairly clean…hair left in beds but everything else was nice.

Great Corner Condo Unit....

Spacious condo with easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for us and loved the location! The only suggestion I could make is it would have been nice to have blinds of some sort on the doors leading to the balcony. These doors were right across from the secondary bedroom and bath. Otherwise, we thought the condo lived up to the pictures provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Gulf Place

We enjoyed this unit in Gulf Place. Very clean, bright & nicely furnished. Nice location to on property pool, tennis courts & restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach. There are only a couple of things that could be improved. The bunk room located at the front of the unit has a window and light comes in- even with the blinds making it hard to go to sleep or to sleep in late. (There are bright lights that stay on all night in the exterior corridor.) The blinds in the front bedroom don't reach the bottom of the window & leave you feeling a bit exposed. Other than that- we enjoyed this condo & will rent again.
