Welcome to Memory Maker, a freshly updated four story coastal retreat designed especially for guests who want comfort, space, and unforgettable beachside living. Located in the beautiful Legends of 30A community, you’re just a short stroll from the beach and only steps from the community pool—vacation convenience at its best.

Memory Maker is all about giving you room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy every moment of your stay. This four-story home, freshly updated, is perfect for large families. The home's first story is the covered parking spaces fitting two vehicles in the driveway with additional guest spots within the neighborhood. With 2,200 square feet of living space, Memory Maker offers plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy time together while still having quiet corners to relax.

Main Living Level (2nd floor) – Gather, Cook & Unwind
Head up to the second floor, where the heart of the home awaits. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of prep space, and bar stool seating—perfect for morning coffee or afternoon snacks. A wooden dining table sits just off the kitchen, ready for family meals. The cozy living room features a large sectional and flat screen TV, ideal for movie nights after a day in the sun.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Everyone. The home’s spacious layout gives every guest privacy and comfort. On the third floor you will find two (2) king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One room includes balcony access overlooking the pool—perfect for enjoying the morning breeze.

On the fourth floor you will find the Master Suite welcoming you with a private balcony that also overlooks the pool, plus a built in twin bed for extra sleeping space. A fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds, giving families flexible sleeping options. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms.

Every room features tasteful rustic coastal décor to help you slip into vacation mode. Please note: Each level is accessible by stairs, including the main living floor.
