Blue Mountain Beach prides itself on its laid-back attitude and soaring beauty. It’s a local legend that the first passing sailors mistook the community’s towering sand dunes (covered with Blue Lupine flowers) for mountains after many long months spent at sea.

Out back, the charming private pool area has plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and opportunities to unwind. Inside, the open dining and living area of this luxurious beach house are gorgeous. The dining area has seating for 10 with 5 additional bar stools on the kitchen island. The comfy living room has a 65” TV and abundant seating.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom, king, is lovely.
Its private bath includes a large walk-in shower, an oversized soaking tub, and dual vanity. The bedroom also leads to a private screened-in balcony overlooking the pool.

Down the hall, a second guest room, king, with a private bath, also has a private balcony. The third-floor guest bedroom, king, has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a pair of full over full bunk beds and a full hall bath with a tub, shower, and dual vanity. Across the hall, the bonus room has a TV with fun, comfy seating, and a queen sleeper sofa as well. Perfect for the kids.
