**We have a PRIVATE BEACH + Beach Chair Setup INCLUDED March 1 - October 31**

'My Blue Haven' is a beachside 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in Blue Mountain Beach, a quiet beach community minutes from Seaside and Sandestin. Blue Lupine sits directly on the beach. Hidden right off of the south side of Highway 30-A, enjoy all that these beaches have to offer without being right in the middle of all the crowds.

Third floor unit featuring beautiful panoramic western views of the gulf, highlighting incredible sunsets.

*BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom: Features a NEW king Serta perfect sleeper plush mattress with a head up adjustable base, walk in closet, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi plus a private balcony.

Guest bedroom: New King bed + private bath that opens onto the main balcony.

Bunk Room: two bunk beds (sleeping 4) and shares a full hall bath.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, flat screen tvs, queen bedroom has a dvd player, and twin bedroom has a Wii for kids movie watching and gaming. For extra guests, the living room sofa converts to a queen size bed. For our younger guest, we have a pack 'n' play and high chair.

*EXTRAS: Every last detail has been thought of to make your stay more enjoyable. There are games, cards, a bin full of beach toys and even crab nets! There is also additional storage in the queen and master baths for your toiletries and hairdryers are provided. A starter package of bath soaps, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, hand soap, sponge, lysol wipes, and toilet paper and coffee & tea are provided, so there is no need to rush out to the store right when you arrive.

The open living plan features a large seating area, flat screen tv with Direct Live TV and streaming. High-speed wireless Internet access is provided for the building. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 3 at the bar. The dining room table seats six. High quality linens are provided as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit.

*COMPLEX INFORMATION: Blue Lupine is a charming 48 unit complex on the Gulf of Mexico located between two private upscale home developments and adjacent to a protected conservation area. Each unit opens onto a 4-story, sky lighted atrium. Elevators located at either end of the atrium provide comfortable access from the gated underground parking garage. Blue Lupine is convenient to nearby grocery stores, outlets and other unique shopping, outdoor activities and dining options.

Everything was beautiful .The place was perfect. Steps away from the beach. Covered parking was great. Only complaint I have was "mini roaches" were in the Kitchen and in Bathrooms.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time staying at Blue Haven and would highly recommend! It was a beautiful condo, loved the balcony for coffee each morning. It had everything you needed, even phone chargers for you phone. We will be back!

We have been staying in this condo complex for almost 15 years. We’ve stayed in this unit a majority of time. Great condo, perfect location. Great beach, pool and hot tub.

Lovely stay

We love this resort. This is our second stay. The beach area is beautiful. The condo was very quiet minus one morning of construction crew nearby. The property manager was quick to respond with our brief difficulty with the door code on arrival, she responded immediately. The condo was well stocked with anything you might need.

Can't say enough good things about this rental. Such great space for our group of six with plenty of common space between the living room and balcony area, yet the split bedroom floor plan offered privacy. Our two young boys loved the bunk room. Great ocean view on a nice, shady balcony. Plenty of extra towels and very clean when we arrived. So easy to access the pool and boardwalk from the unit. We plan to book again for future trips!!

Family-friendly condo in a great location

We stayed in this condo for a quick summer family vacation at the beach. The location was amazing in a convenient central location along 30A. The condo building had a great pool and a nice private beach. You can rent an extra umbrella, chairs, and table on the beach, and the service was amazing. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and in great shape. We’d definitely stay here again. Such a nice condo and location.

Wonderful condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time and the condo is amazing. Clean, bright with beautiful beach interior decor just as pictured. The condo was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff you might need and even beach towels. Plenty of charging ports for whatever kind of device you have that needs charging.We loved the beach chairs/umbrella set up the was included in the rental. And having a pool and hot tub was great for days or evenings when you want to cool off without dealing with the sand and beach.Our host was always available and responded quickly to questions.We highly recommend!

Excellent Location, Great Unit.

The property is well-maintained, and wonderfully located directly on the beach. We had our ~newborn, 2-year-old, and 4-year-old, so easy access to the beach and a good pool was very important. We were lugging lots of stuff, and this was great. The unit was nice. Fairly new, great living space for my family + mother & fathers-in-law. The unit appeared to be very clean. I have three complaints. For the high dollar price we paid, I think it would be reasonable for the towels to have been crisp white. We ended up buying our own at Walmart. Towels were clean, but used, worn out, etc. Additionally, for the $$$ we paid, the mattress should be swapped out frequently enough to keep it firm. Lastly, our check-in was not before 4PM. We were unable to check-in until 4:30PM because the cleaning crew was still finishing up. This was inconvenient after a long day of travel with 3 kids that are ages 4 and under. Overall, location, and unit were great. Most important pieces.

Loved the condo and our stay. The beach access is great as there are private homes flanking both sides. The pool looked a little worn this year. The security guard was over-the-top difficult to deal with. But… the condo was nice, clean, and came exactly as described. Beach set up was a very nice perk.

This being our first time to Santa Rosa Beach, I was hoping this would be our go-to vacation spot and I’m happy to say I think it will be! This condo was the perfect place for our family of 5 from the space itself to the location to the beach. It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo. The accommodations were wonderful with comfy beds and plenty of space for our family of 5. The beaches were beautiful and there were plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away. We hope to come back again.
