Great location, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! Beach access was nice and was not as crowded as the public access. All the restaurants around golf place were good! The condo was perfect for our group of three adult women.

Spring Break Vacation

The property & location are great, they is tons for kids of all ages to do & it’s all walking distance. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars was the overall size. It was tight for my fam of 5 for a week.

Great location

The owners could upgrade some of the fry pans (I bought and donated one to the condo). Also should replace the shower curtain liner as some mold is accumulating. Drain in shower drains very slow. Otherwise it’s a great location with a lot to do.

This was convenient to restaurants and shops. The bunk beds are not for adults. They were very hard and uncomfortable. There was an odor in the condo when we arrived. Not sure if it may have been cleaning supplies or what. It was not a pleasant odor. The bath tub did not drain well. Please note if you are going to cook your own seafood there are no crab eating utensils and no can opener. I gave it 5 stars because the good out weighed any inconvenicens.

Great getaway for sure

It was my third visit on this property and I’ve loved all the condos. The best sunsets the best view very convenient right on the 38th across the street from the beach can’t go wrong.This condo had everything you needed. It was clean, but somehow I’m a barefoot person in between the condo and the porch. My feet were always black.Lol but that would’ve been my only complaint and it’s not really a complaint. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Nice condo on 30A

Love the condo, the building is showing a little age. The pool was not maintained, the water level down several feet from normal and not properly cleaned for the day. Only thing with our unit is the shower curtain needs to be changed as mold is showing. Otherwise very very nice stay.
