Weekend Getaway

There were a few things in the condo that needed attention, broken toilet paper holder, towel rack, broken in master bath, no drapes in the guest room, which did not provide any privacy for anyone sleeping in there.If you are flying in be prepared, limited items for your stay, the condo is not equipped beach towels, beach chairs, small items like coffee filters that you don’t wanna have to purchase and leave behind.Property management was excellent to deal with any of your needs, response quickly and efficiently, we needed an iron and iron board, and it was delivered same day.

A Week at the Beach

There were plenty of good quality restaurants close by and shopping at Seaside Beach and RoseMary Beach were both a big bonus. Overall everything good and we would come back.

During a hurricane

So really we don’t feel like we can leave a true review this time. It was nice when we got there and even had some updates but other than that we missed the other 5 days.

Beautiful view dated condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in the condo but it needs some TLC especially for the price.Dated and uncomfortable sofa and chairs.Small dated bathrooms.The kitchen needs new pots and pans I think they assume everyone goes out for every meal. The second week we were there it was crazy busy with kids especially the pool which is small for the amount of units in the building.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property's location on 30A and view from balcony were fantastic. Condo itself needs updating. Furniture, beds, bathrooms need some attention. Luckily we had great weather and did not spend much time in the condo. Balcony patio could use some furniture. It only had two plastic chairs(old and didn't look clean) and a bench that wasn't accessible because it was too wide for the balcony. Enjoy Beachcrest but may choose a different unit next time.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall location of the property was great, the condition was not. There was mold on the ceilings, the furniture was torn and stained, and the bathrooms were filthy overall. The other units in this facility may be in better shape but 803 was not worth the over $4K I paid for a week.

Convenient

Very lovely location, but I couldn’t get over the musty smell in the unit that came from the bathrooms. I also tried emailing about “keys” that were never there, and never heard back a response. Luckily the door keypad worked, so it wasn’t a huge issue as long as I don’t get billed for said keys.

Great location and nice place

I’ve stayed in this condo building many times over the years (different units), and it never disappoints. But be forewarned: although the kitchens always have plenty of dishes and pots and pans, there are no other necessary items, such as salt and pepper, foil wrap, coffee filters, and basic stuff that most beach houses keep stocked in the kitchen for guests. And they only provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one kitchen trash bag. So if you’re staying for more than a couple of days, you really need to spend unnecessary money stocking up on very basic things that, in my view, should be provided (such as adequate toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, and basic spices). Also, there are no premium channels on the television, which other beach houses typically provide (HBO, etc.). Other than those annoyances and added expenses, it’s really a great place to stay. Right on the beach, amazing views, and plenty of room for a couple or a small family.
