    Decorated in a beach neutral palate with plenty of luxe touches, this condo is ideal for guests looking to truly enjoy the beach. Take in a wide view of the surrounding area from the private balcony, which is furnished with outdoor meals and cocktail sipping in mind. Indoors, you'll enjoy lounging in the comfortable living room cooled by central air conditioning. The incredibly spacious open kitchen features impressive appliances as well as stone countertops. Enjoy cooking full meals together, then enjoying them in the designated dining area within the space. The front bedroom with built-in bunks is perfect for younger guests, while guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a private balcony entrance and an ensuite bathroom. Sink into coastal style at this lovely condo - there's enough room for everyone!

This was an excellent find for a stay in Santa Rosa. The condo is spacious and has two very comfortable king beds, and our grands loved the bunk room. The kitchen is large and roomy. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it’s an easy flat paved sidewalk. The building’s heated pool and hot tub weee both hits with our crew.

Great place near the beach

Immaculate spacious condo for a big family with kids. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is pretty big and spacious, and the view is the best part. It is super quiet and clean. I'm already thinking about coming back for spring break. Thanks for everything. We loved it :)

Very Nice Space

The property was great. The only disappointment was the public beach. Florida law provides private beach to homeowners and the nearby beaches open to the public were the size of postage stamps. The water was awesome and the beach was beautiful, just too tight.
