Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was fantastic! The only issue that needs to be addressed is the lock on the front door. I am not sure the keypad is working correctly. Sometimes it took 6 or7 times for it to open. I do wish that the house had more beach chairs to use and maybe a cooler. Hard to pack things like that when you fly. Would rent it again for sure.

Beautiful Home

This was a family vacation & our first time in Santa Rosa. The house was beautiful & just as described. The location is less than 2 min from beach, & they provided a golf cart & bikes. The house was fully stock with plenty of dishes, towels, linens & games. The pool was heated & the jacuzzi was awesome. Only Con was, we felt the tv’s were old & it should be one in every room.
