Sleeping arrangements

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with double vanities, shower, and tub. A queen bed anchors the second bedroom, with direct access to a shared hall bath. The third bedroom is designed with flexibility, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed that works well for children or additional guests.

Practical details

Self check-in is simple with a keypad and unique code provided for your stay. Parking is available for two vehicles, with restrictions on boats, trailers, and street parking to maintain a quiet environment. The condo is smoke-free, pet-free, and party-free. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement, and provide photo identification. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Included in the rental are 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in the property available for use at the beach.
