Great girls trip

Girls trip with 3 and had a great time staying at this condo. Quiet location centrally located. Pool was nice and easy access in and out of condo lot. Comfy beds and many amenities of home were available.

Back to school

This was the perfect place for us. We took one of my dearest friends daughter to the beach on her 1st girls trip before starting middle school!! The location was great. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is only about a half mile walk. We visited all the surrounding areas and didn’t rent bikes or golf carts- we were able to drive. The rental was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable (very important) our trip was perfect!! We had dough sea dough, blue mountain ice cream- red bar (not my favorite food- but cool to see) the southern and one other place across from the pickle restaurant.

Nice property and close to the beach.

Very nice condo and easy walk to the beach. Had one issue where we called for a problem in the second bathroom, someone came within a few hours to fix. Great visit.

Wonderful stay at spacious condo walking distance to beach!

This condo worked out really well for our group! Plenty of space to cook and eat meals in when we wanted. Really nice having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - all very clean. It is a short walk to public access Seagrove Beach which ended up being not nearly as crowded as Seaside. When we wanted, we drove a few miles up the road (took about 10 minutes due to traffic) to Seaside and Watercolor to shop and dine.

Seaside experience

The location was incredible. Happy to have had a wagon and beach accessories provided. Beds were decently comfortable. The only downside was the amount of TP provided. When they say “enough to get you started” believe them. We received a used roll of TP in both bathrooms. In one of bathrooms, I was able to pee one time and was out. Definitely DO NOT hesitate to buy TP on your way in. Excellent experience overall.

Great Location, Really Nice and Clean

We really enjoyed being able to ride our bikes everywhere. Its a short walk or 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It took about 20 minutes or so to ride to Seaside, which was great, which we did daily. Its a great way to spend some quality time with the kids when you're not on the beach. Our kids are 10 and 12 years old.

Wonderful Beach

The beach in this area was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to just live on the beach. The water is beautiful. The room was nice. I was impressed with the fact they offered beach chairs that were in the room for you to bring down and also an umbrella. There were some things that needed updating/fixing in the room and I notified the owner. She responded right away regarding it which was nice. One thing that was a major setback for me was the master bedroom mattress was awful. It felt like a sinkhole when my husband and I laid on it. The master bathroom didn't lock either which was disappointing for privacy purposes. Some of the furniture needs updating/fixing. The pictures show TV's in the other bedrooms but they didn't have any. My kids were pretty disappointed about that. The walk to the beach is a bit exhausting going back and forth. Overall, it was a great trip. My kids loved it and the beach was amazing!!!

Nice beach trip

My sister and I brought our elderly mother to the beach, she has trouble getting around. They condo was perfect for us. Everything was accessible for her, the walk in shower was perfect for her and the elevator was a God send. The only thing I would suggest is TV's in the guest bedrooms. Other than that, a very nice, clean place to stay.

Unit was great. The temperature of the pool was the only real complaint! Check-in was super easy! Oh bring your own dishwashing soap.
