A beautiful carriage house connected to an even more beautiful home. Watercolor is a dreamy neighborhood! Gorgeous and so safe. Access to the beach and beach club makes it perfect. The golf cart is a great bonus! Everything was easy and smooth. We loved this place!

Our family of 3 had an excellent stay at this carriage house. We had access to all that Watercolor has to offer but didn't have to worry about chasing our 2yo around a huge house. The home is clean, well furnished and the golf cart was a great touch. We will come back.

We loved our time and have already planned our next stay. Only suggestion would be some coffee pods or tea and extra roll of TP and paper towels. We got in late and though there was a keurig, we had no coffee first thing in the am.

We enjoy beautiful, clean, comfortable, nice linens, a comfortable bed, and a great location when we get away. Linger Longer met all the checks! We felt like we were at our home away from home. It was a relaxing, great weather, comfortable, easy and all around delightful week! We highly recommend it to anyone. Joey was a great host!

This property was amazing and so beautiful. The only things we found uncomfortable were the the couch and chairs...small issue really. Loved that Publix was across the street so we could pop in and grab supplies. The area felt very safe and the people we nice everywhere we went. Tim and Bev Walden

Our experience could not have been nicer. The accommodation was perfect for our little getaway. The walking trails throughout let us get in our 4 miles a day and the bikes were a nice plus...so much that we will get our bikes back in service. A very nice area with excellent food and having use of the Golf cart was perfect vs using the car. We will be back in a few months.

Beautifully decorated carriage house conveniently located near Camp WaterColor and minutes from Seaside. Memory foam bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of storage / closet space for personal items. The owners provided little conveniences like Keurig coffee and dish and bath soaps. Loved driving the golf cart to the WaterColor Beach Club and to breakfast! The owners were very professional and easy to work with.

Location is convenient to all areas of Watercolor. Kitchen and bath fully stocked. The washer/dryer combo was very nice. Comfortable for everyone but kids wished the couch/bed was more comfortable (essentially a foam mat). Golf cart is a great added bonus to the provided bicycles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay, and everything was just as pictured! Beautiful carriage house and modern, luxurious amenities. We loved the location within the Watercolor neighborhood, it was away from traffic but yet easily accessible to the grocery store, the beach, restaurants etc, with use of the electric vehicle! We used it to go to the beach, many places to eat, even for groceries. Owners are very friendly! Only negative, small as it may be: if you are a light sleeper, be aware that the carriage house is over the owners garage, which they use daily in the earlier morning hours and sometimes return late in the evening (after 11pm). They also have a room where they gather in the garage as well, and we could hear them talking/laughing etc until after midnight a couple of times. It wouldn’t keep us from staying here again, though!

We wanted a few days away to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Loved the carriage house - beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The area is lovely for walking and the golf cart is fun for trips to supermarket. Our only disappointment was when we found one of the bikes had a flat tire having planned a day of cycling. Joey was very quick to respond to any issues just unfortunate that the bike couldn’t be repaired before we had to leave. Would definitely come back
