Set on a private hilltop overlooking Lake Arenal, with stunning views of the lake and the Arenal and Tenorio volcanoes. Located 20 minutes away from Cañas on the road to Nuevo Arenal and only 11 km from the charming country town of Tilarán.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED: In March 2012, Costa Rica passed one of the strictest smoking regulations in the world

SHOES: If unit has Wood Floors Please remove shoes upon entering the unit to prevent scratches to the hardwood floors

A/C: When exiting the unit, kindly turn off the A/C, as well when having the sliding glass doors open. We are an Eco-friendly housing condominium

BATHROOM TISSUES: Ladies feminine items & all other, please utilize the waste basket

WASTE BASKETS: Please place all Coffee Grinds, Cooking Oil and or any other waste, in provided Garbage cans

CHECK OUT TIMES: As a friendly reminder, check in time is: 2PM / Check Out time: 10AM

CLEANERS: Stove cleaner is provided; please utilize these products they are non-abrasive

WASHER/DRYER: each unit comes equipped with a Washer and Dryer; please remove any dryer lint to prevent a potential fire

JACUZZI: kindly wipe down after usage with a soft towel to prevent staining

WOOD FLOORING: Any water spills needs to be dried up right away to avoid staining and extensive damage

POOL AREA: we offer 3 infinity pools at our facility, all children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age and or older, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, Please Swim with Caution.

GUEST: If having Guest over, please have them park along the driveway, parking garage are Only for Condo tenants and Vacation Rentals. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED

PARKING: Designated Parking for Vacation Rentals and Tenants is indicated by the last 2 digits of the Unit number: (i.e. 12223 park #23)

GARBAGE: Large garbage cans/barrels are located at the beginning of the building

Stunning View!! Host was great. House was perfect for us. Loved having the washer and dryer especially after doing long daily excursions in Arenal. Space was perfect for our family of 4 specially with our teens that like to have their own space to rest and get ready privately. Loved the facilities like the pool and the gym! Absolutely recommend this rental. We did!

Family vacation

Condo was nice and clean. Lacking in kitchen supplies. Only 3 wine glasses and a few cups. Should have a few zip lock storage bags or some more Tupperware for food storage. A small ice chest would be nice for picnics. Furniture needs to be updated. Very uncomfortable and not enough. Beautiful balconies with great views but no chairs or furniture to enjoy the view. Could use some more information of local restaurants and surroundings. We didn’t know where to take our trash to. No information in condo.

Gorgeous view of the lake and volcano

This is a lovely condo with a wonderful view of the Arenal volcano and Lake Arenal. The pictures are very accurate, in fact it looks even better than the pictures. It is located on a paved road with access to the sights to see around the lake- Arenal volcano national park and Monteverde. The drive to Monteverde is a little challenging but doable. We had a car and that helped a lot to get around. The kitchen has essentials for cooking but bring all your own food and condiments. Bring slippers, shoes are not allowed on the wood staircase. Be sure to check out the Gingerbread House, a 30 minute drive around the lake with amazing food. There is a handy little storefront lab in Canas to stop and get your covid test on the way back to the airport also. This is a very comfortable and nice condo.

Interesting

This is on the west end of the lake which is good if you are wanting to windsurf or kite. If your wanting to explore the east side of the lake where most the things are happening then you will have some drive time around the lake. For three days I drove back and forth and it was fine. You just want to do your driving during the day light hours since the roads are very curvy.

It's a very windy property, the house is well protected and situated from it. The kitchen looks very grand with high ceilings but found it lacking decent cookware. Nice island in main area, great wifi.

Although the property is about an hour away from La Fortuna, it’s cleanliness, convenience and comfort were excellent. The best part are the views. I don’t think any other property in the area has such excellent views.

Lake Arenal Maleku Condos

A beautiful view of Lake Arenal & far off Arenal Volcano. Property was exactly as shown. Property manager Carla was extremely attentive, promptly addressing any concerns that arose. Grounds are well maintained & pool & gym area clean & organized. Many restaurants & attractions nearby. A great place to stay for those that prefer this alternative to an all-inclusive. Highly recommend.

Great view and location

Great views! On a clear day the Arenal volcano is visible from the the two balconies. There is always a great view of the Arenal Lake and surrounding mountains. The hot tub in the master bedroom is too big and takes too long to fill. There is no separate master bathroom. It is a combination master bath and bedroom in one. However, the condo is a clean, modern option for this area with great views.
