Staff was beyond just friendly - engaging, curious, fun. The food was excellent, and having rain forest trails and hot springs on the property that were never crowded was awesome. Everything start to finish was outstanding - shout outs to Brayan, Pamela, Jonathan, Dennis, Karen, Fabian, and Anthony in particular - our family really appreciated the hospitality and would recommend to anyone looking for a rainforest adventure."
