"House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

"Excellent staff service and friendly. The grounds were well maintained and luxurious. The executive lounge being open 24 hours a day was also a great amenity for an extra fee. I found blonde hairs on my room floor and was awarded a deep room clean and a $100 credit after I requested it. The Mercedes-Benz airport shuttle was a good service that was complimentary. There are bathrooms throughout the property and there are even parakeets flying around and present on the property. The bed is comfortable and the room was well furnished, as well as the shower, which was large and easy to use."

"When I made my reservation I noted that I would be arriving late so that the shuttle driver would look for me. I had traveled for about 14 hours and was exhausted. I waited about 50 minutes before calling the hotel, all while watching other shuttles come and go 3-4 times. So for the unreliability of the shuttle service Id give this hotel a 1. But the staff was great, the room and hotel were very clean and I was impressed by the breakfast, that’s why I give them 4 stars."
