“There is little to like. Check in didn’t provide WIFI info. Rang reception no response but got it next day. Room was poor with toilet flush needed both hands power to flush, only one socket for charging next to the floor. None next to bedside table. Very few signs to reach breakfast place and wrong sign on one place so had to ask someone to find it!
Dinner was with cold soup and took 45 minutes, only 3 tables occupied, 2 shared meal courses cost 70 euros with no alcohol.
Too big badly managed……

“Lovely Hotel, with a homely atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast. Room large with a nice Balcony overlooking the Pool (which unfortunately we didn't have time to use). Would definitely recommend this Hotel.”

“This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!”

“We have stayed in 5* hotels worldwide. However I need to admit, this little hotel exceeded our expectations. The service from the start to the end was pure class. Before arriving at the hotel, I emailed regarding airport transfer and it was arranged within minutes. I also asked for an iron, and the iron was placed in our room before our arrival.
My husband had a wonderful massage with Jacqueline. Absolutely first class. And I needed to do my hair for a wedding we were attending, however the……
