"Our experience at this hotel was horrible, especially traveling with family. We arrived very late and the staff member at the front desk was nice and gave us our key, but when we got to the room, the door was already open which honestly scared us because we thought someone might be inside. When we entered, the room smelled strongly like cigarettes and the bed looked like someone had already been sleeping in it. In the closet we even found a used razor, and the restroom was dirty as well. We were exhausted and only needed a place to sleep a few hours before continuing our trip, so we stayed because we were too tired to go back to the office and ask for another room. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with our cloths on because the room did not feel clean or safe. Very disappointing experience."

"Angela upfront at the reception area was absolutely hands-down, caring, professional, and made me feel so incredibly welcome! Going through a difficult time with my mother, she understood and assisted me in every way possible. The room was excellent and felt safe having my car in their parking lot. It’s my preferred place to stay when in El Paso. "

"I was disappointed, because i ask for extra pillows ,they told me no, then the room was not ready. Also when i was there two cacaruche come out they where pretty big. The bathroom was not so clean. For the price i pay for staying there really disappointed "

"I have stayed at the Plaza Hotel in El Paso at least 3 times while driving cross country! It’s a 5-star experience every time. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facility is excellently maintained. The valet parking is fast and efficient. The hotel is close to I-10 so it helps to quickly get on and off I-10! I’ll definitely stay there again!"
