「Checkin took forever, waiting in line then way too much paperwork. PAULA was pleasant and patient with me even though I was annoyed. Shuttle departures were said to be on the half hour. However, as I was eating breakfast expecting to leave at 6:30 am, the bus appeared 10 minutes early so I dropped breakfast and ran to the bus. It left at 6:21 am. Very disconcerting. 「Un sitio muy agradable y cómodo, pero a pesar de haber pagado con anterioridad no te informan que al llegar debes pagar un impuesto, esto debería ser informado antes porque un costo elevado por una habitación no debería tener adicionales imprevistos, y el TV no tenía señal entonces para su valor considero que hay mejores opciones. De resto todo excelente」
