Located in the south of Mallorca, only 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Cala Llombards and S 'Almonia. The house has a private pool and large garden. It is a rustic, typical majorcinisches house, newly built with 200 sqm of living space.
 
The house is located 300 meters of the city Es Llombards in Santanyi. Where you will find all the services: restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, banks, The house is located to 3 Km to Santanyi.

Very enjoyable stay

This beautiful traditional house is in a great location. There are three restaurants you can walk to in less than 10 minutes, and there are plenty of beaches/bays to explore in the immediate vicinity (by car). The house is well equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, even one of those espresso machines that take those little capsules), has A/C, and the pool is a delight. Our two quibbles would be that there's no lighting around the pool, and the BBQ area could do with a better table and lighting. (Maybe a wooden table? And party lights instead of neon strips?) All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Enttäuschung

Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Das Haus wirkte nicht auf Gäste vorbereitet. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, die Pfannen hatten runde Böden. Es gab 4 unterschiedlich große Weingläser, mehr nicht. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen angeboten. Nichts gegen Sammeltassen, aber die Kaffebecher waren zusammengesammelt und nicht ausreichend. Alles sehr lieblos. Die 3 Sonnenschirme waren alle !! kaputt. Der Backofen ließ sich nicht schließen, der Kühlschrank hatte diverse kaputte Teile. Backofen und Kühlschrank wurden ausgewechselt, die Sonnenschirme nicht, waren nicht zu benutzen. Die qm des Hauses stimmen nicht, ich denke, dass der überdachte Aussenplatz zur Wohnfläche hinzugerechnet wurde. Handtücher viel zu wenig. Nicht kinderfreundlich, der sehr unebene Aussenbereich ist für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, zum Ballspielen für größere Kinde ebenfalls nicht. Vom überdachten Aussenplatz ist weder die Haustür noch der Pool einzusehen. Einen Tag vor Abreise wurden wir aufgefordert am Abreisetag das Haus um 8 Uhr zu räumen, da die nächsten Gäste früher anreisten. Unangekündigt stand der Vermieter mit einem Elektriker im Haus, als unsere Tochter mit Kind alleine im Haus waren. Sehr sehr schade, das schlechteste Haus das wir je hatten.

Paradise in Mallorca

Thankyou so much for this little jewel of a villa in the most beautiful of islands. We loved the villa, the pool particularly was a godsend in the 36 degree heat, and was always warm enough to dip in late at night or early morning! We found some beautiful eating spots locally, a 5 minute walk into town took you to the gorgeous Restaurante Sa Fona where the staff are very friendly and the food is gorgeous. We recommend the meat cooked on the Patence (serves 2 people). We also loved Santanyi, gorgeous market, and nice bars and restaurants. Es Cantonet was very tasty and had a lovely courtyard to sit in away from the action, and for ice cream head to the square! The location is great to travel most of the island (we particularly enjoyed the Monastry at Lluc, and the Coves of Drach at Porto Cristo, as well as Palma. Well maintained villa with a great shady terrace- ideal for hiding from the sun at midday for a few games of cards. Thanks for a great stay! Jordan Hazrati (+party of 5)
