"Pros: The outdoors of the house is great! Only a 5 minute drive from Santanyi center and very peaceful. The house is very clean and well equipped for a group. The hosts are very nice and responsive throughout the trip :) Cons: The trash situation - you need to drive 10minutes to take out your own trash despite paying for cleaning in the reservation price. In the photos the downstairs room had 3 twin beds not 2."

"The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool. "On arrival we were shown around my the manager of the property, who though nice enough forgot to show us the outside locked utility room. My husband is fluent in Spanish which helped. The pool is set aside from, and not visible from the villa, along a stony dusty path. My pillowcase was dirty. When moving the two single beds, a dirty dusty sock was discovered. "The hosts we’re amazing, kept in contact throughout and prepared the property ready for us to stay. Even let us check in a little early to use the pool whilst they finished.The location was great as we had a car, but you’d definitely need a car to stay here. Its quite rural and cans would probably be more expensive than that.The house was very rustic, with a pool smaller than the pictures allowed you to see. "Pros: Lots of comfortable rooms for us of all and a really lovely peaceful location. Great pool and seating area which provided lots of great fun. Some beauty beaches just 10 minutes from the property and a wonderful walk to Cala Figuera with some very good restaurants. Our favourite Es Port, staff and food fantastic.
