Everything was just perfect. The location was stunning (the view was really nice) and close to lots of beautiful bays. The house itself was really pretty, very well equipped and smelled really clean. It felt like home right away. The pool was really nice and deep. We went with a group of friends, but we would all come back both with friends as with family. Would definitely recommend!

Perfekt House for family holiday

The House was perfekt for our family holiday with 2 adults and 3 teenagere. The House and pool was just like we the Photos. Everything was great if you want a calm and quiet holiday.

We loved our stay in this villa! The pool is wonderful, the views amazing (we had breakfast every morning enjoying views of the countryside and Santanyi church in the distance) and the villa itself is large, clean comfortable and well equipped. It was especially great being surrounded by countryside (including lots of animals which the children loved!) except for the villa next door (which you are barely aware of, unless you know the people staying there too, which we did!), yet within easy reach of a lovely part of Majorca. Santanyi is a sweet town and apparently there are great beaches nearby - we didn't make it though because our villa was too nice to leave!

A a little off the beaten track so need a car but well worth it. All very clean and well maintained. washing machine broke but was replaced the day reported. loads of space, super bbq area All the essentials provided but would have benefited if had wifi and tv with English channels - all german. pool a bit deep for early swimmers - we had our 2yr old with us not complaining about the above because we knew from the property listing what we were getting good value and will return/recommend.

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen genutzt. Sie ist sehr schön - genau wie auf den Bildern! Vor allem der Außenbereich des Anwesens war traumhaft schön. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren wie beschrieben vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist privat und abgelegen, dass hatte auch genau unserer Vorstellung entsprochen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man aber viele Stände und Santanyí super schnell. Einzige Schwierigkeit war die genaue Adresse rauf Anhieb zu finden, hier waren die üblichen Navis überfordert. Tipp daher sofort nach Ankunft den Standort zu speichern :-) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Die Finca ist genau wie in der Beschreibung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Tisch bei den Liegen am Pool wäre noch toll. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Der Urlaub hat uns (Eltern, 2 Kinder) gut gefallen. Der Besitzer der Immobilie ist ein herzensguter Typ und immer erreichbar! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche sollte modernisiert werden. Ich glaube nicht das der Pizza-Bringdienst das Haus finden würde ;-) Der Pool ist fantastisch! (nicht geeignet für Nichtschwimmer!). Die Nähe zu Santanyi (ca 4 KM) ist gut. Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strände sind innerhalb von 15-30 Auto-Min gut zu erreichen. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert gut. Das Haus ist ein Doppelhaus. Im Haus spürt man davon nichts, wir hatten Nachbarn die abends gern laut Musik gehört haben und wir haben dies als störend empfunden, da wir von Ungestörtheit und eher einsamer Idylle ausgegangen sind. Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame, sehr heisse (fast 40 Grad) und schöne Woche.

Traumhafte Finca in herrlicher Lage

Nach 26 Aufenthalten auf Mallorca in den verschiedensten Häusern,haben wir mit dieser Finca die schönste entdeckt!!Alles war perfekt : die Lage,die Umgebung,die Ruhe,das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus,die Sauberkeit....usw...usw..Dazu eine unbeschreiblich freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Homerti und ein sehr sympathischer Besitzer,der sofort zur Stelle war,als wir ihn brauchten(Wir hatten uns einmal ausgeschlossen!!!)Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!!! Das Haus ist perfekt für alle, die eine stille, ländliche Umgebung schätzen, trotzdem ist es nicht weit nach Santanyi und zu den Stränden- für uns war das perfekt! Unsere kleine Tochter hat sich besonders über die Ziegen, Schafe und Hühner am Nachbargrundstück gefreut! Alles war unkompliziert und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, der kurze Kontakt mit dem Besitzer sehr nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!!
