Those who are familiar with boating can broaden their horizons with Villa S'Hort den Felip. Like its sister villa to the west of Ses Salines, this property also meets the highest standards and this is evident from the outdoor area. A fence surrounds the spacious pool with the shimmering dolphin on the bottom, so you can really relax on holiday with children. The swings on the lawn around the pool and the terrace exert a magnetic attraction on the little ones. The luxury of a garden shed makes an imposing impression, where you can not only prepare fresh delicacies on the impressive barbecue, but where there is also a well-equipped outdoor bathroom. Next to it, a large pine tree with a sturdy stone table invites you to linger in the shade under its branches. The warm breeze blows through the greenery and the nearby sea makes its presence felt. There are numerous sun loungers right by the water, which create a relaxed atmosphere thanks to the straw parasols and are perfect for extended sunbathing. The veranda runs in an L-shape around the property and you are spoilt for choice between various seating options, including comfortable wicker furniture. Another curious feature is the surviving well, a reminder of how important water has always been for villas that were originally used for agricultural purposes.







As soon as you enter the villa, you immediately notice the many bright colours, which have a mood-lifting effect on every visitor. Relax in front of the crackling log fire on cosy white leather sofas with a good view of the modern flat screen TV - perfect for an entertaining evening after a nice meal together. There's a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities for modern home cooking, including a microwave for any tasty leftovers the next day! To get your spirits up, you can also make yourself a fresh juice that should already be in good shape, as even large groups on holiday will find plenty of space in this villa to avoid getting in each other's way and still enjoy some privacy. There are five double bedrooms in total, one of which has a bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom; the remaining two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. These are furnished with extremely comfortable double beds with one exception: two single beds in one room. The tidy rooms guarantee a restful night's sleep. And if you can't fall asleep straight away, you can always go back to the balcony on the top floor overlooking the sparkling blue water in the pool and get a breath of fresh air while watching the stars twinkle in the sky. What's also nice is that one of the bathrooms also has a bathtub.



Due to the location of Villa S'Hort den Felip, excursions into the island's interior with its many original villages and markets or to the various beautiful beaches along the south and west coast are very easy. The location of the villa is ideal for trying out the various water sports on the island. The village of Ses Salines, 5 kilometres away, owes its name to the salt ponds, which can be visited in a nature reserve and are also a fantastic starting point for hiking tours. The lighthouse at Cap des Ses Salines provides orientation. Or you can visit the holiday resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi with its marina, just 11 km away. The promenade and many small sandy beaches invite you to stroll and enjoy. You can definitely do this in your villa, as the road is so far away that traffic noise can only be heard when the wind is blowing from a certain direction. The best conditions for a relaxing time!



Villa S'Hort den Felip offers you a true country paradise. The village of Ses Salines is only 5 km away and can fulfil all your holiday wishes. And that's not all: the picturesque fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi with its two beautiful sandy beaches is just 11 km away. The legendary postcard town of ES Trenc is just below. The many natural beaches on the east coast are also within easy reach.
