Beautiful villa in beautiful location

Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday.

Needs some TLC(Tender Love and Care).

Pros: The pool area and the location in the village. When we had problems/questions Ramon was wery quick to respond and most helpful. Cons: Problems with the water, chipped plates and mugs, dirty cuttlery and broken garden furniture.

Pros: Der Privatpool ist fantastisch! Die Lage war jetzt für uns ok… hat gute restaurants in der umgebung. Das obere zimmer ist renoviert, mega schön. Jedes zimmer hat eine klima. Cons: Die Küche hat mir weniger gefallen…bzw. Hätte mir mehr organisation wie z.b 3-4 „gute“ messer gewünscht.

Prachtig huis met veel mogelijkheden om te genieten buiten.

Pros: Het zwembad was fijn, de keuken biedt uitgebreide mogelijkheden net als de tuin met de bbq. Cons: Er waren wat vervelende mankementen (deurklinken die uit de slaapkamer en badkamer inclusief wc vielen) die niet werden verholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Deze deuren konden niet dicht\gesloten. Buiten meubilair was deels echt aan vervanging toe.

Tolles Haus in Bucht Nähe

Pros: Alles sauber, eigener Pool sowie viele Spiele die man benutzen kann. Cons: Das Wasser ist leider im Erdgeschoss nicht abgelaufen und hat 2 Zimmer überflutet. Dazu sind die Regale leider von der Verankerung fast abgefallen somit konnte man sie nicht benutzen.

Ein wunderschöner, entspannter Urlaub

Pros: Das Haus ist bereits etwas älter, jedoch ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Pool ist sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Der Gastgeber hat Stets zeitnah auf unsere Fragen und Probleme reagiert, so konnten wir das Strom Problem schnell lösen. Die ruhige Lage hat zum entspannen eingeladen, Abends konnte am Strand von Cala Santanyi essen gehen oder Cocktail trinken. Wer jedoch keine überfüllten und überteuerten Restaurants möchte, sollte lieber Abends in Santanyi essen gehen, hier laden viele kleine Restaurants zum Essen ein. Die Stadt hat ebenso mit kleinen Läden zum stöbern eingeladen. Cons: Leider ist kein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, aufs Auto ist man demnach angewiesen. Jedoch wenn man ein Auto hat, absolut kein Problem. Der Strand von Santanyi ist leider immer sehr überfüllt und hat wenig Schattenplätze, wir sind immer zum Strand runter und anschließend wieder hoch in die Finka, um dort zu entspannen.

Toller Garten und schöne Terrasse

Pros: Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und einen sehr schönen Garten mit einem tollen Pool. Auch die unteren Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, ebenso das Bad unten. Cons: Das obere Zimmer ist Renovierungsbedürftig, ebenso die Außenfassade und die Terrassentüre. Außerdem wurden uns aus dem Haus Bargeld geklaut.

Die Lage macht es!

Pros: Das Haus hat eine ganz wunderbare Lage. Kurze Wege zum Meer, zu anderen Lagunen, zur Stadt Santanyi oder zum Supermarkt. Am Strand, der sehr sauber und klein ist, gibt es Bars und Snacks. Vor allem für Familien geeignet. Sehr schön ist auch der Pool am Haus, der regelmäßig gepflegt wird, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowie zwei Außenduschen. Auch die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine, wenn auch klein, sind sehr nützlich. Die Matratzen sind gut und sauber. Cons: Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage oder Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. Das heisst dass eine Abkühlung im Sommer sehr schwer zu erreichen ist im Haus. Das öffnen der Fenster in der Nacht beschert zwar Abkühlung, aber auch sehr viele Moskitostiche. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche war nur ok. Alles war ein bisschen speckig oder auch schon sehr genutzt. Das anbringen von Moskitonetzen in den Schlafzimmer wäre für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super.

Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist entgegengesetzt der Inseratsbilder schon in die Jahre gekommen und es war auch leider nicht wirklich sauber! Schubladen habe ich lieber zugelassen… Bzgl. Der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief aber alles reibungslos! Der Check-In Vorgang war super einfach und der Vermieter war bei Problemen sofort zu erreichen.
