The beautiful house is built in 1950 from natural stone of Santanyí. It is located in a very quiet place with panoramic views in the bay of Cala Figuera. It is fresh throughout the summer and is a great opportunity to rest and relax with family and friends. Ground floor of the house is rented with 2 double bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and large terrace over the sea with beautiful views.
The house is close to the Mondragó Natural Park where there is a great landscape diversity: the olive and pine forests, the dry land cultivation fields, the coastal junipers, the sweet pond of s'Amarador, the coast cut with rocky areas and beaches of sand. The beaches of the most beautiful on the island with fine golden sand, calm waters (Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, Playa de s'Amarador) are about 5-10 minutes away by car or little more with bicycles. For lunch and dinner, near the house, there are very good restaurants on the sea with wonderful views and good Spanish food. One step away is the port of Cala Figuera, where every day between 16:00 - 17: 00h. Fishing boats come back and market.
Every Wednesday and Saturday of the year a beautiful market is installed in the center of Santanyí that has the most varied stands: jewelry, typical sausages, hams, cheeses and olives, fresh vegetables, fruit, clothes, music and handmade sweets. all in the Santanyí market, often a town south of Mallorca.
