Nice country house with pool near Cala Figuera and Santanyi

Beautiful house perfect for a relaxing holiday on a farm of 8000 m2. Located 500 meters from Cala Figuera and its picturesque fishing port and 3.5 km. from Santanyi.
The house of about 180 m2 with capacity for 6 people has a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. The villa has 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 full bathrooms with bathtub. a spacious living room with TV-SAT and wireless LAND and comfortable sofas, which communicates with the barbecue and several terraces, where we can find the garden with lawn and the beautiful pool of 8x4 m. with sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sun. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The house is located 2 km from the beach of Cala Santanyi and 4.5 km from the Natural Park of Mondragó where the spectacular virgin beaches of s’Amarador and Mondragó are located.

Einfach schön

Die Finca ist von der Lage her genau das richtige für Urlauber , die die Ruhe der Natur schätzen aber dennoch nicht ganz aus der Welt sein wollen. Der Hafen von Cala figuera ist zu Fuß in ca 10 min zu erreichen. Das Haus ist von den typischen Verbindungstrassen ca 50m hinter einem Schotterweg liegend. Man hört und sieht die Straße nicht. Niemand kann ins Grundstück einsehen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Alles ist da: Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Fön. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist absolut gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Für Kids ein Traum. Eine Klimaanlage ist in allen Schlafräumen angebracht und wurde auf Nachfrage gegen einen wirklich geringen Stromkostenverbrauch ( ca 5 Euro für 2 Wochen Schlafraumkühlung nachts) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin Frau Camps und ihr Mann sind absolut unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht . Einfach total nett. Sie waren immer ansprechbar. Ganz unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Und den Eltern von Teenagern sei gesagt: WiFi ist super stabil auf dem gesamten Gelände inclusive Pool area und Dachterasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub in Cala Figuera

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön und wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen! Unserer Gastgeberin Mimi war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Anreise (sehr spät) lag sogar schon alles für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag bereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

A haven in a beautiful location

Wonderful house in a great location , a perfect base for exploring the stunning south eastern coastline. Loved the pool & outdoor space where we spent most of our time . The only thing prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating was the absence of air conditioning during a very hot week . Loved cal figuera , an unexpected bonus ! Hope to come back some day
