Would you like to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea with your best friends or family? Quiet and yet centrally located? Then you are exactly right here. This idyllic holiday home is located in Cala Llombards. Everything is easily accessible on foot, so you can just leave your car behind. It is only a 3-minute walk to the sea and the nearest supermarket and restaurant / bar are only 400 m away.

With its 570 m², the property offers relaxing berths and comfortable seating. How about z. B. with a wonderful barbecue session? The successful Mediterranean souvenirs from the weekly market in Santanyi (Wednesday + Saturday) can be prepared on the brick barbecue and then eaten either under the covered terrace or in the open air. After the wonderful refreshment in the large pool you can make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers and all everyday worries are forgotten.

The motto for the interior is modern as well as rustic, bright and very cozy. All rooms are flooded with light and discreetly furnished. The open living and dining room houses a cozy sofa landscape, a small wooden table, an open fireplace, the satellite TV with German programs and a large dining table. Wireless Internet access is also available here, so that you can exchange up-to-the-minute experiences with friends and family who have stayed at home during your holiday. The large and spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) fitted. There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms for the relaxing phases of rest (2 of them with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds). Via the two bedrooms on the 1st Floor with bathroom en suite each leads to the terrace with a beautiful sea view. Enjoy a great time here!

Gute Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Schöne Lage, fußläufig zum Strand, Pool mit Dusche, schöner Sitzplatz für Frühstück in der Sonne. Insbesondere die kleinen Bäder könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, ein bisschen mehr Besteck, Tassen wäre bei 6 Personen hilfreich. Alles in allem guter Aufenthalt trotz Wasserausfall in der Gemeinde.

Top Lage, Ca. 8 Min. vom Strand weg. Top Haus, alles in genüge vorhanden, sauberer großer Pool. Keine Klimaanlage, dafür Ventilatoren. War kein Problem. Top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, ganz einfaches Check In. Nur zu empfehlen Wir kommen wieder! LG

Funky Finca with eclectic items

This property would easily accommodate 6, but you could squeeze in a couple more in a jam, since both couches in the main room are convertible. The modern washing machine, dish washer and fridge contrast with the classic (and perfectly usable) oven. The pool looks lovely but we didn’t have time to try it out on this trip. All in all a great stay. The beach of Cala Llombards is a short walk away, and a convenient little supermarket is just a few steps in the other direction. Communication with the property manager was simple and efficient. Any questions were answered promptly.

Einfaches älteres Ferienhaus an schöner ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unsere Familienferien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern sehr genossen. Die grosse überdachte Terrasse war ein grosses Plus. Sonst gab es keine Schattenplätze. Der Swimmingpool war neu und schön. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Der war aber immer total überlaufen. Leider waren die Betten ziemlich unbequem und die alten Deckenventilatoren haben bei der Hitze kaum ein Lüftchen bewegt. Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet: lauter kaputte Pfannen, keine brauchbaren Kellen oder Rüstmesser oder Rüstbretter, rostiges Besteck, kein Salatbesteck etc. Dem fixen Aussengrill fehlten ein richtiger Grillrost und eine Grillzange. Das alte Gartenmobiliar sollte zwingend ersetzt werden.

A wonderful family holiday

We had a wonderful time & loved this "finca" as a great family place in a quiet neighbourhood. It was clean & spacious and enough room for all of us including teens & a toddler. Travel cot was provided . So nice to have a pool we all enjoyed so much to cool down. Walking distance to a little supermarket and beach. We also went to some beautiful coves ( some walkable and some by car ) and to Santanyí Market . Lidl is also there ! ;) Only thing may be good would be to put some extra fans ( there are is no air con but ceiling fans - though a couple extra in the upstairs bedrooms would be good ;) But altogther we had such a nice and memorable time - Thankyou :). x

Excellent vacation

The villa is located close to great beaches, villages . It has great rooms and living spaces, outdoor space and pool. The only thing that we missed was air conditioning and found it hard to rest at night. The portable fan and ceiling fans were helpful. We recommend it to anyone who wants to make great memories . Schönes Haus mit bester Lage

Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Supermarkt. Perfekte Lage. Der Pool war letzendlich grösser als erwartet und bot auch den Eltern eine willkommene Abkühlung. Freundliche Vermieterin und einfache Kommunikation. Rundum empfehlenswert.

Es war schön!

Also: Das Haus ist wunderschön und passt wunderbar in die Gegend. Es hält schön kühl. Zum Strand läuft man, wenn mann die Treppen geht nur 7 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es weitere schöne Strände. Der Ort/Straße ist sehr ruhig! Somit gibt es nichts großes zu beanstanden, dennoch gibt es kleine Dinge die man verbessern kann. -Das Haus roch die ersten Tage etwas - man könnte öfters mal lüften. Die Schränke in der Küche müssten mal gewischt werden, da kommt der Geruch her. -Der Fernseher könnte einen Ticken größer sein -Die Lage ist schön, allerdings braucht man ein Auto. Zum Wandern eignet sich die Gegend nicht. -Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist leicht salzig, sowie das Wasser in den Duschen. Man gewöhnt sich dran Wie gesagt, sind das keine richtigen Kritikpunkte, sondern nur was man wissen sollte, bzw verbessern kann. Ich habe ja 5 Sterne nicht umsonst gegeben.

Hervorragender Urlaub in super Lage

Der Urlaub verlief reibungslos und war sehr entspannend. Die Lage ist super. In etwa 7 Minuten ist man am Strand. Der naheliegende Lebensmittelmarkt hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Grillgut ist dort zum Beispiel nicht in großem Maß vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr vorteilhaft für die heißen Mittagsstunden. Der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Empfehlenswert!
