We stayed on the ground floor apartment, which was modern, spacious, comfortable, super clean, and had everything you need on a visit to Santiago de Compostela. "Have requested a higher floor room, and I got then room in basement. The only room in basement, just next to laundry room. No reception no staff in the building. Only provide digit password for entering the building and room. Have asked them few times before arrived, how to get there and how to get into building and the room. Keep saying to wait until the check in time. No instructions can provide beforehand (please note I arrived late st night and no staff in the building) No one can help."
