“I booked the hotel through Expedia, based on the photos I saw there. The reality is far from the actual photos. The rate was a 5-star hotel rate or a high-end boutique hotel at $ 150; the reality is a 3-guesthouse. The location was on an unsafe street; the room was dirty, the bedsheet was old and looked uncleaned, and the toilet was broken and very dirty. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait 30 min until someone in the street helped us call the guy. Although we……

“The view from Belvedere is breathtaking, but the property is extremely far from the harbour and involves a long, tiring trek with countless stairs. The room, although described as a suite, is very basic and more in line with a 3-star standard at best. The staff did try to help, but their capacity was limited. The receptionist was unable to assist with luggage despite the many stairs; fortunately, our driver helped us. She also recommended a restaurant on arrival which turned out to be dreadful —……

“Very tired hotel, food is average, no WiFi on arrival, abandoned swimming pool and tennis court and unfriendly staff apart from the general manager Carlos, who went out of his way to try and help us. ”

“Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu car personne n'était là pour nous recevoir et l'établissement est dans un état lamentable (voir photos : piscine inaccessible, extérieurs très sales...). Apparemment et après renseignement dans le village, cet établissement est fermé aussi bien comme restaurant que comme hébergement. Je vais revenir vers vous pour demander le remboursement du séjour ! Dans le cas contraire, un dépôt de plainte sera fait ! Il serait obligatoire qu'un site comme le votre soit obligé de……

The central atrium was nice and the staff were friendly The proximity of the small supermarket The choice of drinks and juices for breakfast Negatives: The hotel is run down and not at all like the photos. There is a general air of disrepair, beyond reception and the atrium. There is an extension/conservatory next to the breakfast area that had significant leaks. The breakfast itself was limited, the pastries……
