「This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.」

「Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!」

「Hot water ran out in 15 minutes shower, twice in 5 nights. There were 3 of us, shower time 5-10 minutes each, the last to have the shower had basically no hot water, boiler meter went from around 70 degree to 20 degree in a matter of minutes and stayed that way for hours. 「The space was great and looked as advertised, check in and out was smooth. However there was definitely a bug problem in the space—there was evidence of cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived, and we had to kill more cockroaches in the apartment despite not leaving any food anywhere in the apartment other than the refrigerator. Also, having only one soap bar for both the sink and the shower was less than ideal—at least one more soap bar would make a difference. All in all a good stay for me...

「We loved the location! The unit has a ton of space, and is equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was a huge bonus to use for the week. Really close to aldi grocery store, and a two minute walk to the main metro. Had one hiccup with the shower/washing machine, but the owner was easy to reach and issue was resolved quickly. Fans for the bedrooms, great kitchen to cook if you don’t want to eat out, and the other tenants in the building were friendly.」

「My wife and I stayed for 5 days in Lisbon. The condo was perfect for the trip. From the new Aldi (a 5min walk) to the public square with drinks, food and coffee this was a perfect location for our trip. The property is clean and well kept. Therese was a great host and always willing to help with any questions. We'd definitely come back to this location on our next trip to Lisbon.」
