「The property was safe, very easily accessible to the the downtown, clean. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay positive ie- packed a breakfast lunch for an early departure. Access to hot water was poor.」

「They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience 」

「I had a sudden change in travel plans and needed to book a hotel room during a layover in Bogota. I did so, but I messed up that booking and had to look again at the airport in Popayan after I landed late in the morning. Thanks to the very helpful staff at Hotel Boutique Confort Suites, I was in a perfect room by 1PM.
